CONVENIENT & AFFORDABLE FEES

As always, it’s important to have a complete understanding of the potential costs you may incur with any legal matter. Typically, attorneys use hourly billing as a fee method based on time spent working on your matter. Although we do offer traditional hourly billing for our services, we also provide a variety of fixed fee packages that are designed so our clients can better control their total costs.

Below is a sample list of flat-fee and subscription fee services offered by our firm. Certain services have a price range. This is because, until we become more familiar with the details of your business and your particular needs, we are unable to quote a specific price.

Please also note that certain matters may be of such sophistication that we are unable to provide services on a flat-fee or subscription fee basis. In such situations, we are happy to offer such services on an hourly basis. Also note that the price ranges do not include filing fees, registration fees, government and/or court fees, expert witness fees, transcripts, and other disbursements.

FLAT-FEE CONFERENCE ASSESSMENT

Strategy/Assessment Session

Usually the best place to start, is a formal assessment of your legal situation. For a flat-fee rate, we offer a 1-hour conference (in-person) to analyze any legal issues impacting your business – from your business plan, to a specific contract, a strategic business matter, or anything else. This is also an opportunity for you to evaluate the costs and benefits of potential future work with our firm. We recommend that you select this session before hiring us for additional services. Sometimes, following this session, those additional services that you might have considered, may no longer be necessary.

  • FLAT FEE: $240

FLAT FEE CONTRACTS

Contracts are the foundation for most personal and business transactions. Year after year, I continue to see parties end up in expensive and time consuming litigation, simply because they failed to address potential problems in their original contract agreement. Using a generic template from the internet or borrow a contract from a colleague to save money, may truly end up costing you significant legal fees later on. It is important to work with an attorney and create a custom legal agreement, tailored for you and your particular situation.

  • DRAFTING BASIC CONTRACTS -Flat Fee ($200-$750)
  • REVIEWING CONTRACTS – Flat Fee ($150 – $550)

Purchase/Partnership Formation/ Sale of Business Package

Designed for those buying, selling, or planning to form a small business. This package includes the drafting of a Purchase/Sale Agreement, bill of sale and any necessary corporate resolutions authorizing the transaction. If this is a new business, We counsel and prepare partnership and member agreements, to help satisfy the needs of all parties.

  • Flat Fee: $1,500 – $2,500

LEASE PACKAGES

Commercial Lease Agreement

Leases usually bind parties to an agreement for years, and at a significant cost. It is important to have a complete understanding of your responsibilities and costs before entering into any transaction. We typically see things our clients may not anticipate. Our services cover the initial lease proposal to final execution. Our Commercial Lease Agreement Package provides all-inclusive services, including the drafting, review and negotiation of your commercial lease agreement.

  • Flat Fee: $1,500 – $2,500 (fee varies depending upon lease length and complexity).

SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Monthly subscription plains are designed for clients who wish to limit their services to the review of contracts and other legal documents. If you are sent contracts or other legal documents, forward them to us. Following our review, we will discuss them with you, alerting you to any red flags or items that we believe need to be modified for your benefit.

Contract Administration Subscription Plan – $500/month (Document limitations apply)

Please note, the pricing examples provided are common ranges, based on our prior experience. Our pricing is largely personalized and we prefer to set the personal pricing for your package after our initial discussion regarding your needs. We are also able to customize a subscription fee plan to meet your specific requirements. Please ask us and we will be happy to assist you!
